When I select a program, then press and hold the 'Start' button, nothing happens. The machine is powered. The 'On' button does turn the appropriate lights on. All buttons as well as the dial for selecting wash programs work perfectly.
Normally, when I press and hold the 'Start' button after selecting a wash program, there is a clicking sound that is followed by the sound of water flowing into the machine. This time, nothing happens when I press and hold the 'Start' button. Any ideas?

Dagawu,

Did you open then close the door and try again ?

The door must be opened and closed between cycles.

The next thing to check from there, is the door lock door switch assembly and wiring.

You may want to remove the top panel(two screws on the back of the unit, and slide back top) to access the technical data sheet, so you can run the diagnostics and test mode.

Good Luck,
