Customer has washer that tears sheats and other stuff.Agitator is working ok.Both speeds are working on motor.Any ideas??

RevnDave, Check for a loose agitator bolt, and excessive up/down movement of the agitator(1/4 in. is normal) If the agitator play is correct, customer is overloading machine, or using the wrong water level for the load size .
