Washer fills up timer continues to move but nothing else happens. I shook and turned the drum and it started working. Any help would be appreciated.

If it will drain then the problem is likely in the coupling. Use this video to see how to fix it.

After the washer fills, it won't respond at all. If I turn and shake the drum it will start and go thru a full cycle.
