I have a mayag neptune washer model MAH3000AWW. The machine will stop running at the beginning of each rinse cycle at least once if not twice and in order to start the machine back up you need to press the start button. I replaced the timer but that did not fix it. It was suggested that it could be the control board but I hate to spend the money on one if that will not do it either. Any suggestions/guidance would be great.
Thanks

I would check the water inlet screens for debris. Shut the water supply off, remove the hoses, use a flashlight and look up into the water inlets on rear of machine, remove any buildup with tweezers or needlenose pliers. What happens is that the Neptune will shutoff after a certain filling time to prevent an overfill condition. The restriction will cause machine to take longer to fill. Low water pressure can also cause this issue. See neptune help for more Neptune information. Until next time...
