1. Our washer has developed a problem spinning. The unit drains and agitates fine. The door switch, timer are fully functional. The basket resist being turned by hand clockwise and after forcing the counterclockwise rotation the basket spends free in that direction. Then when the timer is set on spin the units spins out fine. I suspect the brake is not releasing when the unit is called to spin. Suggestions?
2. To remove the clutch and brake does it take a spanner wrench????
