washer does not spin, fills up and drain the water nornal but do not spin
Model Number: wwA8695SALWW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
fills up with water spins few turns, then do not turns any more. The washer Machine goes all the cycles through, it sounds the clicks on the electrical pannel on each cycle.water drain normal as supost to be, rinse as suppost to be, but the drummer do not turn.The belt is place and on good shape, the water pump runs (turns) but the drum no move at all.I tried to turn the drum with my hand, and is very hard, it is stocked on one position
