Unit leaks water , i purchase the seal kit , but under the softener cap there is no bolt for agitator ( plastic cone in that spot ) how am i gonna remove the agitator ? thanks

The agitator pulls off, but Maytage admits this is difficult and their service manual recommends using "agitator hooks" which hook under the agitator and have handles that you pull up on.
Be careful, the agitator can release suddently and fly up in your face.
