washer fills slow when it goes into rinse cycle

Model Number: RAB5232EW1 Brand: Roper Age: More than 10 years

Water fills fine when in wash cycle,when it goes to rinse cycle the water only tricles in.

Check the valve where the hoses connect, it may be clogged with debris.
