The washer will fill and drain. It makes the same noise when trying to agitate or on the spin cycle, the motor is clearly running. It seems to move slowly and agitate very weakly after it fills up. It does not move at all during a spin cycle.

I know very little about washing machines but from what I have read it seems like either the coupler or the clutch. Any advice would be appreciated.

edit: After a full cycle, the washer is drained but the clothes are soaking wet.
