Model Number: WLW3700B Brand: Hotpoint Age: 5 - 10 years
My son was washing an apron from where he works and the string is caught under the agitators. I removed the main agitator but its caught under the handwash agitator which brings me to my question. I cannot seem to remove the handwash agitator, should it pull out easily? If I can figure out how to remove this, I think i could then free the caught apron string. I'm fearful that If i don't get this removed it could cause further damage so I'm not really just willing to cut the strings to free the apron.
