We are trying to remove the old water pump and we cannot? According, to the schematic, it should pop right off? Is there something we are missing?

There are a coup[le of clips that hold the pump on, make sure to remove those and disconnect the hoses. sometimes they can be a pain in the ...elbow! Just pull straight out.
