I presume, You've also removed the tub cover and top of the unit ? If you have removed the complete agitator, you should be looking at the drive hub, and on the hub assembly there is a bolt(1) just off center that you need to loosen(do not remove). it may be tough but you should be able to break it loose, and lift the spin tub out. *** See Below, from service manual *** 1. Remove the agitator. 2. Remove the top assembly. 3. Unsnap eight snap clips holding the tub ring to the tub and set the tub ring aside. 4. Loosen the drive hub screw by four or five turns. DO NOT REMOVE THIS SCREW. 5. Tap on the head of the drive hub screw to loosen the saddle block. 6. Pull up on the basket and remove it from the tub. Good Luck,

First off, you need to purchase the special spanner wrench (AP3538707). Without it, you will never get the drive block nut back on really tight to prevent spin tube/drive block failure which is costly and labor intensive.
I routinely back off the drive block nut just a few turns, lift up on the spin basket and pound down on the drive block nut till the basket is free. You can go to my sticky above "replacing direct drive washer brake shoes" for further info on this.
