No cold water

No cold water

Model Number: tawb600eq Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

I have no cold water to an Estate Whirlpool washing machine. I have good water pressure. I checked the hot and cold water supply lines and all is good.
Any suggestions?
