Our Admiral just stopped running/spinning. It was full of water and clothes when it stopped working. I emptied out all the clothes and most of the water. I checked the belt, still there and in good condition. I tried it and it slowly drags and slightly spins. it does smell like something is burning. I looked underneath while running and the belt is NOT free spinning. After about 15-20 seconds of trying to run, it shuts off. Can you help? Thanks in advance!

If the motor is turning then I think something may be hung up in the transmission.
