no matter what size of load small or large setting the washer over fills and then flows all over the floor. You have to turn off the water as when you unplug the washer the water does not stop. Once you unplug it you can wait and plug it back in and then put on the rinse cycle to drain the washer. It does not do this all the time just every five loads. The start button tends to stick but it has done that for a few years now, and you have to push it a few times to keep the cycle going if you have a large load or an off balance load.
