Top Load Washer
The Final Spin cycle, does not completely drain all the water, at end of any type wash load, Regular or Perm Press.
Has done a complete load alright earlier today, since problem started yesterday.
Seems as if machine ends early. Can turn it to, off, and it spins and drains out, half of the water. Hose not kinked, in balance, etc.
Please help me?

That's kind of an odd one. First thing I would check would be the pump belt and pump. It might be the belt is worn out or just too loose.
