Hi, I have a whirlpool Duet washer that is 5 years old. Recently I have noticed that it stays on 1 minute remaining for a long time. When I timed the wash cycle I discovered that the 40 minute cycle was actually 65 minutes. Any ideas?
Thanks, Wanda

Thanks, Wanda Wanda, Did you notice any failure codes on the display ? Are you using the proper amount and type of detergent ? Did you notice if the machine is draining properly(should drain the water out and start the spin in 90 seconds or less). You may want to run the machine a full cycle without any load or detergent and see what occurs, and let us know. As a help for you, I have attached the technical data sheet for your machine, so you can run the diagnostic codes and the operation test cycle, so we can be more accurate in our diagnosis and possible parts needs or repairs. Hope to hear from you soon, :) :) :) http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208182277.pdf
