washer not working

Model Number: LSQ9110LW1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

washer will fill with water then stops, humming sound coming from motor. have checked lid switch by bypassing-not work. checked draining- no obstructions. what next to check?

Tale off the cabinet and check the coupling and the pump. If the pump is turning free it is likely the coupling.
