Kenmore washer noisy during agitation
Model Number: 110 92588210 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
HELP !!!! I have a Kenmore washer (110 92588210) that makes a noise during agitation. For a short while it only made the noise during agitation when in heavy duty mode ..... now it does in regular mode as well as gentle. The noise is now accompanied with a burning smell .... then shuts down until it has had a chance to cool off. I checked the coupler between the motor and transmission and it is fine. The noise is coming from way down low beneath the tub. The noise is also there when the agitator is removed. Am I doomed ??? I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help !!! Thanks !!!
