We moved here about 3 weeks ago and hooked up my washing machine I do have some cold water but when it comes to rinse it is all hot water. We checked hoses everything is fine we checked water filter they are fine please I need HELP.

As long as you're sure the water hoses or faucets aren't reversed (you may want to let the washer fill for a few minutes and feel the hoses for warmth(hot hose) and insure you have them connected properly. Also check the screens in the fill valve,for debris from the water lines(especially the cold)and flush the water faucets (again). If there is no problem there, You will need to replace the water temperature switch. There is a failure in the sensor, contained in the switch. Part number: AP3779164
