Hello -
We have a Kenmore Elite washer that (mostly) does not drain. Sometimes not at all. And sometimes most of the water, but clothes still very damp after spin.
Not positive about model number. Maybe this is more complete: 110.20982992. Or serial# CK1303449 Type 111
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Open it up and check to see if you have a blockage in the pump on in the internal drain hoses.

Have you removed the washer cabinet? Have you removed the hoses from the pump to check the hoses and the pump? The outer tub made of clear plastic and it should be visible if any of foreign object (like a sock) is floating there. The disassembly instructions are attached to the reply. Gene.
