will not agitate

Model Number: YBXR1060T5WW (RCA) Brand: -other- Age: 5 - 10 years

My washer has all of the sudden stopped agitating. I can spin it with my hand. It will still work fine in the spin cycle.
This is an RCA model # YBXR1060T5WW, serial# AS933614T. I can't tell you how old it is.
