Hi all, I got A code E42 replace inverter . Motor 6 ohms and motor sensor 119 ohms ok . I do not have 120 volts going to inverter when in test mode t10, t11, t14. Do I need a control board ? The door lock switches tested ok and locks . Float switch ? What can stop the control board from sending 120 volts to the inverter ? When I ran the water temp. test temp did not rise no power to heater. I can not test the inverter ..can I ? Do I need to change the inverter and control board ? Thanks Tom

Hi Tom,
The error code "E42" means the motor excess current draw. How it can be connected to the inverter? Or it was a different error code?
Gene.
