I would like to replace the lid switch. I thought the lid was a pop lid, but I am finding more screws and would rather not break it. So, I am looking for a diagram on how to open the top and replace the switch, I can see it under there and it seems pretty simple. So directions on how to get to do it would be great.

Thanks,

There are two screws on the back of the control panel. Far left, far right.

1. Loosen the two screws in the console and flip the console up on its hinges
2. Remove the two brass clips in each corner
3. Disconnect the lid switch wire harness
4. Open the lid and tilt the cabinet toward you while lifting at the same time.

Now you should be able to change the switch out. When reassembling, make sure to line the four tabs on the base assembly with the four slots on the bottom of the cabinet. Good luck.

Your instructions were great and worked like a charm. In no time I had it back up and running.

Thanks,
