Model MAH5500BWW front-loading Neptune washer got wet in a flood and then shut off suddenly in a black-out while running. I checked the motor control board and found a burnt 10 amp fuse (the one soldered into the board). I replaced the motor control board and motor with Maytag part number 12002039. The belt is in good shape, door locks, machine agitates, fills and drains, but it is still unable to spin. Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance for any advice you can provide.
