Default Flakey Kenmore Washer
Model Number: 90 Series   Brand: Kenmore   Age: More than 10 years

This washer is mis-behaving

I ran the washer. I put it on cold/cold and it half filled with hot and stopped. I waited. It was dead.

I roughed it up some and the dropped the lid a couple of times. That woke it up and it finished filling but with warm.

It washed my rags and drained and spun. Then stopped for good. No rinse. I am thinking it needs more than a lid switch.

Anyway:
Kenmore 90 Series
Model 110.26934690
Stock 26934
Serial CF 2801409

Anyone know what is going on with this washer?

Thanks for any help.

Could be a number of things along with the lid switch. My suggestion would be have a tech come check it as there should be several things checked.

"should be several things checked" - such as?

I'm good with a meter, so would appreciate some pointers. Thanks!
