Hi I have a Maytag Neptune-works great, but I washed a throw rug & the backing came off in the water & now the tub won't drain. I took the wet laundry out & bailed out the water. How do I unplug the drain? Annie B

You will need to pull the front, bottom panel off and pull the hoses off the pump,have a pan and rags available and clean out all the stuff. You can get take apart info by clicking on your model #.
