1. It stops and just hums right before the "Drain and Rinse" mark in the "COTTONS" (regular/fast) cycle. That does not happen when I wash clothes the easy care or delicate cycle.

2. It does not rinse in cold water. When the temperature knob is on cool/cold position the clothes are warm to the touch after rinsing in any cycle.

Any help you could give me on these problems would be very much appreciated as the grandbaby's diapers are piling up. Thanks Gary
