[Crying over Duet]

My Whirlpool Duet washer will not drain. My husband took off the hose and cleaned it out - very little gunk. He took off the front panel and cleaned out the trap - again very minimal gunk. Plugged it back in and the towels spun and drained. Next load I get the F-02 error. I push cancel and and it says it has 17 min remaining and the clothes are soaked. Push start and it just makes a noise like it is trying to do something, but does nothing – then will eventually start to spin, but not draining.
