What is the complete model number of the washer?

Can you be more specific on the problem please?

Gene.

Default Washer--I don't know --it is my daughters--about 7years old

It starts fine and fills fine, then stops. You can manually then set the knob to rinse and it will drain and then sometimes it will spin and sometimes it won't without doing that manually also.

In order to provide most accurate advice we need the complete model number of the washer. In most cases the name plate is under the lid.

Gene.
