There is a tube that attaches to the water level switch in the control panel and is attached to the spout on the right rear portion of the tub. I would check the tube for debris and water deposits and the tub fitting. To access the tub and hoses in the cabinet, you will need a screw driver or stiff putty knife, there are 2 spring retainers attached to the base of the unit that holds the bottom of the front panel in position. flex those clips down and pull out at the bottom of the panel. The belts are located under the base assembly and nearest to the floor, you may need to raise the front of the washer for easier access.
