fills with water on any prog. (drying / spin) via compartment 1.
changed the connection from 1 to 2 and water entered via compartment 2.
looks like problem is wiring.
changed thermister, pressure switch, control card????

changed thermister, pressure switch, control card???? At this point the wiring is the least likeliest situation. The most likely scenario is that the water fill valve has had an internal failure and is allowing water to flow into the unit. Do you have to turn the water off at the faucet to stop the fill ? indicates a bad fill valve. Does it occur only when the unit is programmed and operating ? since you have replaced the pressure switch , I would have to suspect a malfunction in the air dome hose (may have hole in tube or clogged with debris)to the pressure switch from the tub connection

Using drying program the cold fill solonoid switchesw on, letting in water.
If I disconnect the power the valve closes and water stops entering.
I can blow on the inlet of the pressure switch and I can hear the switch clicking on.
It's as if the program has been caught in a cycle of filling with water.

Am I correct in thinking, that whenever you start the dryer or washer in any cycle setting, the water enters the machine ? If that is the case, I was totally wrong and you would have a wiring problem(considering the parts you have already installed) possibly a shorted wire or component to chassis ground. There is another possibility, but somewhat uncommon, I presume this has an electric dryer and operates on 220/240 volts. You could have a problem in your power supply to the unit and causing the voltage to search and find the circuit with the least resistance and cause it to operate when it should be de energized.
