This washer is almost new. It agitates, pumps fine, but on the spin cycle, the tub does not spin......only the agitator.

If the motor fails to run in spin, check your lid switch.

The motor runs on the spin and the agitator turns very fast on the spin, but the tub does not.
I have the motor off. The coupler looks good.

You probably have dragging brake shoes and a worn clutch. Go to my article in the General Talk section "Replacing direct drive brake shoes".
