front loader not draining
Model Number: glt1294oeso Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
my washing machine spins and washes but does not drain. all the water stays in the tub and the washer turns of when it goes into draining mode. how can i fix this problem? i am not able to see the model # that well but i think it reads glt1294oeso. thanks

Run washer in drain, pull bottom front panel and check for voltage to the pump motor, if voltage, remove the hoses to pump and clear out stuff from the pump inlet/outlet. If no voltage, pull out service sheet and check the drain circuit per instructions, should be a chain diagram.
