My GE washing machine leaks from the bottom. We have removed the top and all the interior parts so that we are looking at the drum and the shaft. The boot appears to be intact. There is a drain to the left with what appear to be orange "patches" made of rubber material. One edge of one of these has lifted. Could that be the problem? What else can we check?WA
