Frigidaire Gallery Clothes Washer

Model Number: FWT4496GFS0 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a broken shock absorber on this washer. What is the secreat to getting the plastic bolts out? Where can I find a new part? This model has a manufacturing date of 10/06 on it.
