I have read your forum and found a reply that said to replace the thrust bearing. I removed the splined cam, washers and pulley along with the bearing? I took them to my local Amana dealer and compared my parts to the new parts. We could see no difference. I purchased a new belt and installed it but it seemed to make it worse. Also the machine agitates through most of the spin cycle.
Could the topmost ring be a bearing. It was thin--plastic on one side and metal on the other. It was on the shaft just above the pully.
Your thoughts please.
