I have a front loading GE adora and recently the washer would not run correctly after initial sequence of filling up. It will fill up then it stops. Stays running without agitation, spin or drain. Troubleshooting guide not very helpful..only thing i can suspect is the water pump is clogged??? If so, where the heck is that located?

Any help would be grealty appreciated.

Thanks Gene. I got the washer into test mode with screen display T01. Do I have to manually run through the test by hitting start/pause then power or will the washer automatically run through the test? Reason I ask is when i hit start/pause after t01 i get '01' then I press power to move to next stage and I get 'rrr' then blank and washer turns off?

I appreciate the help. I know this is somewhat tough giving instruction through post, please bare with me I will pick up quickly.

Regards,
Weave

I figured it out Gene. Thanks for the note on the steps to run the test. At the end of the day it was hair and liny build up that was preventing the pump from moving.

disconnected pump - removed from assembly - removed lint/hair - ran test again all is well.

Cannot thank you enough for your help.

:)
