washer won't spin, agitate, or drain
Model Number: gsl9365ez0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Just replaced timer worked good for a month. It fills up then makes a loud grinding noise. Won't drain, agitate or spin. Tub will not turn at all, belt looks like it might be worn but I should still be able to turn tub manualy shouldn't I ?. Tried to drain on other cycles but get same loud noise. please help...
