Washer Repair

Hello
My washer will fill the tub, then stop. I can open lid, override the lid switch, and move the tub around and then it may start, at least for a while . Then sometimes it starts the washing process, and then stops, a light buzzing noise from the timer dial. Just moved this washer from storage, it worked well before storage.
