The washer is not draining at all now and then (meaning full tub of water). When I start it again it works normally. Most of the time it works fine, its just now and then it wont drain.

Take off the front and when the next time it does not drain see if the motor is running. If it is, the problem is with the pump itself or something clogging it.

If the motor is not running the problem may be with the timer, but check the wiring to the motor to make sure you do not have a frayed wire, bad connection or some other problem.
