We have a Kenmore front loader that need vib/shock replacement...
- I cannot find my model number on this site to find the part. Is there a mfg substitution part? I went on the Sears site, and found the following part number - 134564200. Is this the correct part number?
- Is it recommended to always replace both vib/shock absorber even though I only found one of them broken?
- How hard is it to replace them?
Thx!

This site does have problem with some Sears numbers. It seems Sears almost produces a different model number for every single machine. The part number you listed does not seem like the right part. I would call the APP parts department and order from them. If they cannot confirm your model number you can tell them that you have a Frigidaire Gallery front loader manufactured for Sears. Replacing the part is pretty easy, here is a service manual for your model. I would replace both while you are in there. Do it right and do it once is my motto. Just so you know this model is prone to a bearing failure in the tub, so check to make sure yours is ok. If that fails the repair is usually so expensive and difficult that the machine is usually replaced. http://frigidaireservicetips.co..._TumbleActionWashers.pdf
