Injector Nozzle Operation - Maytag Model A8200
Model Number: A8200 Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
I replaced the injector nozzle sleeve (black rubber part) on a leaking Maytag A8200. The washer does not appear to leak on the floor anymore but I can still see water spray coming from the plastic cup that the new rubber sleeve goes into. It sprays up on the top (inside) of the washer but must drip back into the cup as I don't see droplets on the base inside the cabinet. Is this normal or should there be a perfect seal by the injector nozzle sleeve? Thank you very much.
