Washer Repair

At first this washer refused to spin when emptying the water, I got so mad that I shoved it.

Then it decided to spin. However I heard something scaping on side about level with top. Something is caught between the drain holes and the exit. It has to be metal. OK so clean it. I don't know how? I removed the first hose and nothing there. So I assume it's in the water pump or second hose. I would greatly appreciate brake down or pictures. Does this exist without buying the whole manuel?

Here's a link to a free download of the manual for your machine.

Although we have done it ourselves, we generally do not endorse shoving the machine as a repair procedure, so see if the manual does not give you an easier way to fix it.
