I Overload my washing machine and it will drain, but will not agitate or spin. It make a awful grinding noise. I am considering replacing my Whirlpool Gold washer. What might be the problem and is it worth fixing???
Thank, Lucy

You have a broken coupler. Just pull the outer panel off, remove the pump and motor and check.
