Ram does not compact
Model Number: KUCC151EBS0 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
When start switch is activated it sounds if ram is cycling as normal except that the trash is not compacted. I can hear the motor reverse during the cycle, but no compaction occurs.
