ram will not retract automatically
Model Number: gx900qpps2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
have the above appliance. Noted the older posts for kitchen aide. Ram will lower automatically in the sequence but will not raise. Manually stop and restart and will raise. No plastic nuts on top but on side that you can see, but not gain access. Other solutions?
