Maytag Control Panel Replacement
Model Number: MTU7000AWBO Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
I need to replace the control panel switch, appears the switch is sandwiched in between the frame and the escutcheon, also appears the switch pops out from rear to front, the switch is wider than the opening so it appears the escutcheon plate has to be removed ? Is this glued on, I have no clue how to remove this piece unless there is a way to replace the switch without removing the escutcheon plate ?
