Model Number: 665.1301790 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
Correction the Mdl# is 665.13601790
My compactor has a normal pack or extra pack setting selected by a toggle switch. It will work fine in extra pack but when you put the switch back in normal pack you have to hold start switch on to make it run through the compact and release cycles. Normally this would occur automaticaly as soon as you turned the switch to compact to the right.......you would NOT have to hold the switch ON. I assume this is a bad switch, but which switch?
