compactor will not compact
Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
2U4700XXPProblem description:
WHIRLPOOL TRASH COMPACTOR: MODEL NO: 2U4700XXP1 SERIAL NO: ICC2666251 STOCK NO: TU4700XX CLASS: R1 WHEN ATTEMPTING TO DECEND TO COMPACT TRASH, THE UNIT MAKES A LOUD GRINDING NOISE AND WILL NOT COMPACT THE TRASH AND RETURN TO THE START POSITION. I AM ATTEMPTING TO LEARN WHAT PARTS I NEED TO REPAIR THE COMPACTOR. ALSO, DO YOU HAVE REPAIR INSTRUCTION MANUALS FOR THIS MODEL?
